How Our Service Works
When you call our company, a staff member arranges a visit to your home shortly before you leave to:
Meet you and your pets
Get detailed information about caring for them
Pick up a key to your home or apartment
During this visit, you decide how often you want your sitter to visit each day you’re away and what services you want performed.
Fees are based on the number of visits per day.
While you are away, we will:

Exercise pets
Administer medicines and vitamins
Transport pet to vet in case of illness
Provide fresh food and water
And while taking care of your pets, we are happy to water your plants and give your home the "lived in" look by bringing in mail and newspapers, adjusting draperies, and switching lights.
After you return, your sitter will return your key as agreed in initial consultation. We contact you to make sure you and your pets are satisfied.
Even if you are not leaving home, there may be instances where we can be of service. Unusual working hours or lengthy illness may make it difficult to properly care for your pet. Please call to discuss how we may help.
We also offer indoor boarding facilities, fully heated and air conditioned.
You are welcome to bring in your pet's own food, bed, toys, treats and blankets.
We want to make your pet's comfortable with us.
